I'm 24. Living in NYC.
Been lifting consistently (5-6 days a week) for 3 years. Started lifting 5 years ago. I have been natural, but am going to start a cycle soon.
My reasoning: I enjoy pushing my body to its limits and want to see how far it can go. Ever since my first PR I haven't been able to miss more than 2 days out the gym before I get anxious. It's helped my mental health so much always having a goal for myself. I know it's looked down on to hop on unless you're competing, but I may in the future.
I'm 6'0 and sitting lean already at 190. I'd like to get up over 225 lean eventually.
