What's up everyone! I am happy to be here, and I hope to find a comfortable place here. I am 40 years old and have trained for so long I can't remember a time I wasn't. I have never actually spoken on a board before, so if I say something wrong just let me know and I'll quickly correct it. If I have learned anything over all these years it's that I don't know everything, im always open to learn more.
