Good evening everyone, Ive been reading some posts on this site for awhile but just now understanding a little bit on how to interact on it. Im Mitch from central Florida (maybe I shouldnt use my real name but I wouldnt know why). Im past my hay days and since being married and settling down years ago have found myself gaining weight from the old me due to many snickers bars. Within the past year or so Ive rediscovered my love for lifting. Ive never had the body or desire to be shredded, more drawn to lifting high numbers. Im a civil constitution manager and enjoy boxing, fighting, and probably the more violent sports from a distance. Its good to absorb some tips from more active people, I appreciate all the good advice I can get. I lift at home due to a heavy work schedule, and to avoid gym fees.
