I don't think I ever introduced myself. I'm 41. I box. I am doing three times a week per body part two day split. I'm about 233.8 at the moment. Arms were 18+ about six months ago. I was 244.4 when I started cutting weight 25 days ago. I need to walk around very close to 200 (cruiserweight). I lift for about an hour and a half six days a week and do cardio five days a week. For either an hour or 12 3 min rounds with one min breaks.

Getting my diet dialed in and not cheating took a couple days to take traction. I will post my weight by day up until now if you are interested. You can see where I cheated, ****ed up, and on one day got all ****ing hungry angry at burger king. I take a rounded teaspoon of creatine in the am, isolated whey when I wake up and before I go to bed. I also take a multivitamin. That's it. I have been contemplating DHEA.
