Hair shedding on 500 mg cyp

So I didnt expect this but I noticed today that my hair has gotten noticeably thinner since this blast started. I can actually see hairs falling out while just lightly running my hands through it. I have always had really really thick hair and now I can see my scalp in places when looking closely. I had no clue this would happen on just 500 mg test and I thought it was only related to MPB anyway, not thinning everywhere.

Does this hair come back after blast? Should I ditch this entirely and return to trt dose? It's pretty shocking to me how quickly this came on.
