Ive stated before that I have a general dislike for EC so Im curious if my bias is effecting my judgment.
Ive started taking it 2-3 a day these last two weeks of my final dieting phase and Im starting to think its really messing with my recovery. Ive noticed my body has adapted to the stim feeling so I dont feel the effects as much but its certainly showing up on my heart monitor watch.
Im starting to think its really exhausting my body much more then Im giving it credit for. Has anyone else noticed it having a dragging effect on your recovery?
