Burns is back baby

Howdy, this first long ass history lesson of a paragraph isn’t too important, skip to the end of you want.

I know I’m not technically new here, but I decided I’d start this thread to help me while I get this ball rolling again. Some extra motivation, so to speak. Some of the older members here saw me start as a skeleton who was afraid of eating more than 1000 cals a day, then a few months later I made my newbie gains because of the advice and info here. Well, I fell out of fitness altogether and landed in a place I never thought I’d return to. I got fat, I’m out of shape. I went through a rough breakup and then I became super dependent on pot and smoked upwards of a quarter a day, just kept using it to avoid facing problems, hurt my wallet pretty badly too. I was also drinking 1-2 POTS of coffee a day, couldn’t have less without crashing and sleeping the day away. Ended up getting some stupid ass tattoos and then got DQ’d from the joining the Marines, dropped out of school too. I was just depressed all day and could barely bring myself to leave the house, also became super anxious and had panic attacks if I did. Never thought I’d fall back into that shit, living like that, doing that to myself. But I’ve fought out of it. I’ve planned everything out and I woke the **** up again and I’m ready to make some gains and get my life back together. Already in the process of quitting on weed, and after the initial withdrawals I feel unstoppable. (I know some will say it ain’t that big a deal, try using as much as I did everyday for a year straight). I’m gonna be coming back here more like I used to, I hope to contribute back to this forum and to gain more knowledge. I’m looking to start my first cycle after I turn 23 in a few months, and only when I’m back in shape again, but I’m in no rush to start cycling.

Lifting three days, full body splits with an A B style, mostly 5 rep range to get my lifts back, and walking an hour each day because I can’t run more than 5 minutes atm. Some occasional biking. For diet I’m eating around 2000-2300 calories a day depending on activity, cabut rbs mostly coming from my fruits and veggies. A lot of ground turkey, some beef and chicken too. I’ll probably be shredded at around 190lbs. I’m just really ready to make the most of my life.
